Batman Villain Illustrations Part 1

Batman has always been my favorite super hero. He wasn’t bit by a radioactive spider (Spider-Man), or an alien from another planet (Superman). Bruce Wayne was just a normal (billionaire playboy) who had a tragic past and decided to do something about the injustice in the world by rising up to fight crime in the city of Gotham. Since he has no “superpowers”, he makes use of intellect, detective skills, technology, wealth, physical prowess, fear and intimidation in his continuous war on crime.

I have always been very intrigued by Batman (even dressing up as him for Halloween), but I have recently gotten back into everything Batman. I’ve beaten both of the (amazing must-play games by the way) next-generation video games (Arkham Asylum and Arkham City) read some gripping graphic novels and watched some of the best movies around.

In this multi-part series I have chosen some of my favorite villains that Bruce Wayne has dealt with in his 70 years of being in comics, movies, books, video games and more. Enjoy!
